Sculpt:
Lymphatic Drainage
& Contour
The deeper tier of my lymphatic work — 150 minutes of drainage and hands-on sculpting to bring out your natural silhouette.

Most of this happens through the fascia, the connective web that wraps everything and gives the body its shape. As fluid moves and that web softens and glides more evenly, the contours underneath come forward.
Depending on your goals I may use sauna, cupping, suction, radio frequency, and red light alongside the manual work.
Results are visible the same day. This moves fluid, so a series maintains what a single session reveals.
Book Soothe first
Please book Soothe Lymphatic Drainage before your first Sculpt session. I need to see how your body moves fluid before adding tools. Sculpt is booked by returning clients, so the Soothe comes first.
My Approach: Fascia First
Fascia is the connective web that wraps every muscle and gives the body its shape. When it is held and tight, the body can look flatter and feel heavier than it is. When it is softened and well hydrated, it glides more freely, and the body’s natural contours come forward.
Sculpt is built around that web. I warm it, work through it with my hands, and use tools to reach where hands alone cannot. The goal is a body that looks more sculpted and defined, and feels lighter and freer.
What Happens in Your Session
- Time in the sauna to warm the tissue
- Full-body lymphatic drainage massage with lymphatic tools and cupping, together with hands-on body sculpting through the fascia
- Depending on your goals, vacuum therapy and radiofrequency to finish
The Tools, Explained
- Sauna: warms the tissue at the start, so it’s softer and easier to work.
- Lymphatic tools: handheld tools for long, smooth strokes during the lymphatic drainage massage.
- Cupping: cups create suction that lifts the skin and the fascia beneath it. You’ll feel tightness where they’re working.
- Vacuum therapy: the same lift as cupping, moved across larger areas.
- Radiofrequency: one optional tool, used only when it suits your goals. You’ll feel gentle warmth.
Soothe or Sculpt?
The Soothe is a hands-only, full-body lymphatic drainage massage, for a lighter, less puffy look and feel. Sculpt is hands-on body sculpting: lymphatic drainage massage plus tools, guided by my understanding of the fascia, for a more sculpted, defined look. It works deeper than hands alone can.

How Many Sessions?
A series brings out the most visible change. How many sessions, and how often, depends on your goals. I’ll plan it with you after your first Sculpt.
Common Questions
Do I need to book the Soothe first?
Yes. Sculpt is the deeper tier of the Soothe, so I ask every client to start with a Soothe.
What happens in a Sculpt session?
150 minutes of full-body lymphatic drainage massage and hands-on body sculpting. Sauna, cupping, suction, radiofrequency and red light are added as your goals call for them.
What does it cost?
$450.
What does a Sculpt session feel like?
I start by warming the tissue so it is easier to work. During cupping and suction you will feel tightness in the area I am working on. In places that feel more held, the suction can feel intense for a moment. I adjust the pressure to you as the session goes. Cupping does not leave marks, though mild bruising can happen and should fade within 24 hours.
Is this Brazilian lymphatic drainage?
Sculpt uses Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques, combined with tools and my work with the fascia. It is built for a more sculpted, defined look.
Are there reasons I shouldn’t book this?
Please disclose at booking if any of these apply. The same reasons as the Soothe: active infections (including fever), blood clots, congestive heart failure, acute kidney failure, or untreated cancer. Because of the tools used in Sculpt, also: pregnancy, a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, metal implants in the area being worked, blood thinners or bruising easily, broken skin or a rash in the area, and recent surgery.
Can I book Sculpt right before an event?
Not for your first one. Sculpt is a deeper experience of reconnecting with your body, so I recommend having one before you rely on it for an event. Once you know how your body responds, it can be timed around a date.
How long do the results last?
The change is visible the same day. A series helps shift your baseline, so the results hold.
Sculpt Lymphatic Drainage at Altru Radiance is performed for cosmetic, not medical, purposes — to support the appearance of the body. This is a wellness service, not a medical treatment.
