Sign & Onboard
Review and sign your Membership Agreement digitally. Your first payment is processed to confirm your membership. Recurring billing runs on the 5th of each month from there.

Book Monthly
Each month, book your session through my booking page. Your membership is on file, and your 10% discount on add-on services and retail applies at checkout.

How does the membership commitment work?
The first three months are non-cancellable and non-refundable — this is the structured commitment that makes consistent fascial work possible. After the initial term, the membership continues month to month, and you can end it by emailing mechelle@altruradiance.com with 30 days notice; cancellations are confirmed back in writing. The membership cannot be paused.
Can I gift my monthly session?
Yes. If you can't use a monthly session, you can gift it to a friend or family member. Notify me at least 24 hours in advance and ensure your guest has completed their intake form. Sessions do not roll over from month to month.
When am I billed?
Membership billing runs on the 5th of each month. If you join before the 5th, your first billing cycle begins immediately. If you join after the 5th, your first session is available right away at the membership rate — and your recurring billing begins on the following 5th. Either way, your session is confirmed once your first payment clears. You'll receive a receipt via email each billing cycle.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn't go through on the 5th, I'll reach out by email. You'll have 5 days to update your payment method — appointments are simply paused until everything is sorted. Once payment clears, you're back on schedule.
Can I use my discount on any product?
The 10% discount applies to all retail products available through Altru Radiance and all add-on services booked during your monthly visit. It is applied automatically — no code needed.

A Note on Commitment

The Maintenance Membership is a formal agreement, not a casual subscription. All Altru Radiance Studio Policies apply to membership sessions, and the full terms are detailed in the Membership Agreement sent to you at inquiry.
